Weekly Hub's
Innari Inc. Weekly Hub's are held at The Mary Mc Donald Centre - 82 Bourke Street, Woolloomooloo 2011 every Wednesday 10am -12pm. Services present are: -St Vincents Homeless Health Team, -Communities and Justice NSW -Tegrity Services -NDIS Support Provider -Aboriginal Corporation for Homeless & Rehabilitation Community Services
Case Management
Case management in a client-centred approach working with stakeholders for needs such as short to mid-term accommodation with the goal of long-term housing, Income support and advice, counselling, family support and tenancy supports.
OUTREACH
Outreach services within the Inner West and City of Sydney local government area's.
Advocacy
Advocacy for mob to support their pathway through housing, legal, health and other systems of services vital for their growth and independence.
Pathways
Assisting mob through education and employment pathways.
Reconnecting
Supporting mob with reconnecting and/or sustaining family relationships.
