Monthly Mob Connect Hub
Mob Connect Hub's on the first Wednesday of every month beginning February 2024. Service's in attendance are subject to change and notice of cancelation's will be emailed to service's in advance. Weekly Hub's
Innari Inc.'s Weekly Hub's have been temporarily relocated to The Rex Centre- Baroda Room at 58A Macleay Street Potts Point, 2011 NSW every Wednesday 10am -12pm. Services present are: -St Vincents Homeless Health Team, -Communities and Justice NSW -Tegrity Services -NDIS Support Provider -Aboriginal Corporation for Homeless & Rehabilitation Community Services. Case Management
Case management in a client-centred approach working with stakeholders for needs such as short to mid-term accommodation with the goal of long-term housing, Income support and advice, counselling, family support and tenancy supports.
OUTREACH
Outreach services within the Inner West and City of Sydney local government area's.
Advocacy
Advocacy for mob to support their pathway through housing, legal, health and other systems of services vital for their growth and independence.
Pathways
Assisting mob through education and employment pathways.
Reconnecting
Supporting mob with reconnecting and/or sustaining family relationships.
